Honiton Town Council has written regarding the Town and Parish Meetings it has been holding quarterly for the past eighteen months to discuss matters of mutual interest and to share ideas and initiatives. There have also been speakers on various topics. Honiton Town council feel they have shown willingness for this group to be active but attendance has been very small and they have come to the conclusion that meetings should be suspended until developments at national, local or regional government level indicate the need for joint working and collaboration.
